AKRIVASTATIN (Acrivastatine).

     (E, E) -3-[6-[1-(4-Metilfenil) -3 - (1-derived) -1 - propenil] -2 - piridinil] -2 - propenovaya acid.

     Synonym : Sempreks, Semprex.

     The white crystalline powder. Mg in chloroform and alcohol, little is soluble in water.

     N1- gistaminovyh receptor blockers. Has weak antiholinergicheskim and sedative effect.

     Well-absorbed, T? h is 1,6-5,4 poorly crosses the blood-brain barrier; display kidneys mostly unchanged.

     Applied with allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, urticaria and other allergodermatosis. The drug can be used for cupping acute allergic reactions, as it develops quickly (after 20-30 min after administration).

     Assign the interior of 0,008 g (8 mg) three times a day.

     Possible side effects : drowsiness (rarely), the rate of reaction.

     The drug is not suitable for the concerns of renal and coronary insufficiency, severe hypertension in pregnancy and breastfeeding, in the age of 12.
