     Synonym : Dalfaz, Dalfaz.

     On chemical structure similar to terazozinu ( "revelation" piperazinovy cycle).

     Selectively blocking postsinapticheskie? 1-adrenoretseptory prostate gland, the urethra and bladder Triangle. In the doses used in the isolationist prostate gland, is not affected? 1-adrenoretseptory receptacles.

     Bioavailability of about 50%, S-max 3 h, T? 8-h; biotransformation exposed in the liver, allocated mainly to the faeces of metabolites.

     Used mostly in Urology practice for the treatment of dysfunctions urination in patients with prostate gland hyperplasia sound. Improves urinating reduces vnutriuretralnoe pressure and the resistance of current urine reduces dizuriyu.

     The first dose (0.005 g-1 tablet) designate at night (to avoid orthostatic events), then in the morning and one pill at night (not exceeding 0.01 g (10 mg) per day). Older patients are encouraged to take one pill every day 1.

     Precautions and side effects are the same as when applying prazozina.

     Product : pills to 0.0025 g (2.5 mg) tablets and ointment to 0,005 grams (5 mg) (N. 14, 56) and 0.01 g (10 mg).
