BERODUAL (Berodual) *.

     Combined aerosol product containing b-2 adrenomimetik fenoterol (berotek) and holinolitik ipratropium- bromide (atrovent).

     The combination of beroduale bronhorasshiryayuschego of drugs affecting different pharmacological "target", provides a more pronounced bronchodilatory effect of a lower dose fenoterola and beroteka.

     Preparation is especially shown for edema acute asphyxiation and difficulty breathing when bronhospasticheskom syndrome. It can be used in chronic obstructive bronchitis, emfizematoznom bronchitis and other diseases from bronchopulmonary bronhiolospazma.

     Product : in aerosol containers (with a metering valve) 15 ml tank containing 300 doses beroduala. Each dose contains 0.5 mg fenoterola hydrobromide (beroteka) and 0.02 mg ipratropium- bromide (atroventa).

     Regular dosage for adults and children - 1 - 2-dose aerosol 3 times a day (if necessary, several times a day).

     Precautions, possible complications and contraindications are the same as for members of the drug components (see Fenoterol, Ipratropium- bromide).

     Available also beroduala solution for inhalation with a hand-held spray or elektroraslylitelya. Under the dose ranges from 2 to 8 drops, or 0.1 - 0.4 ml; 1 mL of 0.25 mg ipratropium- bromide and 0.5 mg fenoterola hydrobromide.
