TSELIPROLOL (Celiprolol).

     3-[3-Atsetil-4- [3-(tert butilamino) -2 - oksipropoksi] phenyl] -1,1 - dietilmocheviny monogidrohlorid.

     Synonyms: Tselipres, Tseliprol, Celipres, Celiprol.

     Kardioselektivny V1- blocker.

     Apply with arterial hypertension and IBS (prevention and treatment of stenocardia).

     Assign inside (morning or after 2 h after the meal) from 0.2 1 g once a day, gradually increasing the dosage to 0,4-0,6 g per day. In violation of liver and kidney-to 0.1 grams per day.

     Possible side effects, contraindications and limitations to the use of the same as other Finally adrenoblokatorov (see Anaprilin and Atenolol).

     Form release: pills for 0.1 and 0.2 g (N. 30, 100).
