DIAZOLIN (Diazolinum). Metil-9- 3-benzyl-1, 2, 3, 4-tetragidrokarbolina naphthalene-1, 5-disulfonat.

     Synonyms : Incidal, Mebhydrolin, Mebhydrolini Napadisylas, Omeril.

     White or white with a white crystalline powder kremovatym. Almost nerastvorim in water and organic solvents.

     The structure diazolin close to dimebonu. Is blokatorom N-receptors. Unlike dimebona (and dimedrol, diprazina, suprastina) has not sedated and sleeping pills effect that allows it when a dampening effect on the central nervous system is not desirable.

     Is applied in the treatment of allergic diseases.

     Assign inside (after eating) : adults on 0.05-0.1 - 0.2 g 1 - 2 times a day for children - 0.02 - 0.05 g 1 - 2 - 3 times a day. The length of treatment depends on the particular case.

     Higher doses for adults inside : single 0.3 g daily 0.6 g.

     The drug is usually well. However, in some cases, can cause gastric mucous membrane irritation.

     Contraindications to stomach ulcers and gastrointestinal cancer, inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract.

     Product : tablets for 0.05 and 0.1 g-coated (Bean).
