EKONAZOL (Econazole).

     1-[2,4-Dihlor-? - (n-CHLOROBENZYL) oksifenetil] - imidazol.

     Synonyms: Gino- Pevaril, Ifenek, Pevaril, Ekalin, Ekodaks, Ecalin, Ecodax, Gyno-Pevaryl, Pevaryl.

     According to the structure, mechanism of the activity and close to ketokonazolu.

     Effective on dermatomycosis, plesnevyh mushrooms and some gram bacteria (stafilokokki, streptococci).

     Apply to the local dermatomikozah, dermofitii feet, cutaneous candidiasis, onihomikozah, colorful denying, in gynaecological practice in vulvovaginalnyh mikozah, obesity, with mikozah, complicated infections caused by gram bacteria.

     At the damaged skin 1-3 times a day, causing a thin layer of 1% cream or diffuses aerosol and slightly back.

     Intravaginalno deep sleep before entering the vagina cream or ointment daily for 3-15 days.

     Possible side effects: local reactions (feeling burning sensations, itching, rash, and the application of long-gipopigmentatsiya atroficheskie and skin changes).

     Contraindications: pregnancy.

     Method of issuance: vaginal suppositories of 0.05 g (N 5, 15), 0,1 and 0,15 g (N 3); Vaginal cream 1% in the box on 78 grams complete with mud; Cream 1% in box 10, and 30 g; lipogel 1% in the box on 15 g; 1% lotion; 1% solution for external use in vials of 30 ml with a mechanical dispenser; aerosol in vials of 50 g.
