     Geksoprenalin is b-adrenostimulyatorom original (bissimmetrichnoy) chemical structure. Selectively stimulates b-2 adrenoretseptory and has a strong and long bronhorasshiryayuschee effect.

     The drug has also expressed tokoliticheskoe action and issued for use in obstetric practice called "Ginipral (see).

     As bronhorasshiryayuschee means geksoprenalin (ipradol) designate to mitigate and prevent bronhiolospazma with chronic obstructive respiratory diseases.

     Applied to the inhalation of aerosol reception inside, in the form of tablets and syrup, and as a solution for injection (in capsules).

     Adults appoint 1 - 2 inhalation (at 0.2 mg per dose) to 5 times a day with space between inhalation at least 30 minutes. Inside appoint 1 - 2 tablets (to 0.5 mg), are usually three times a day.
