     Indications are the same as for lipofundina.

     Enter intravenously : adults, estimated up to 3 g triglycerides 1 kg of body weight per day (speed Infusion 10% and 20% solution of 500 ml / h, and 30% 333 ml for 5 h); Infants and children - dose of 0, triglycerides 5-4 g per 1 kg of body weight per day.

     Possible side effects : breathing problems (tahipnoe), shivers, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, priapism, hemolysis, retikulotsitoz, thrombocytopenia, allergic reactions.

     Contraindications : acute phase of shock expressed violations fat exchange.
