IZONITROZIN (Izonitrozinum). 1 - 3-Dimetilamino-2- izonitrozobutanona- hydrochloride.

     The white crystalline powder. The easily soluble in water, soluble in alcohol. Aqueous solutions (pH 40% solution of 2, 6-2, 7) are color from pale yellow to yellow. Sterile with 100 + C for the PC min.

     Is reaktivatorom cholinesterase, specific antidote to poisoning by organic phosphorus compounds.

     Applied in combination with holinoliticheskimi drugs (see Dipiroksim).

     Enter usual intramuscular injection of 3 ml of 40% solution. In severe poisoning involving brain condition, is injected (or intramuscularly) 3 ml of 40% solution, and then again every 30 to 40 minutes, until the end of muscular fibrillyatsy and clarify consciousness. The total dose izonitrozina to 8-10 ml (3 to 4 grams).
