Metisergid (methysergide)
METISERGID (Methysergide) *.
N-[a (Gidroksimetil) propyl] -1 - metil-D- lizergamid.
Synonyms : Dezeril, Deseril, Dimethylergometrine, Methylmethergin, Metisergid, Sansert.
Is lysergic acid derivative (see Alkaloids LPV). As of close to lizuridu. Has antiserotoninovoy activity.
Used primarily to prevent migraines. In acute migraine attacks ineffective.
Assign an adult inside of 0,002 grams (2 mg), 2 - 4 times a day (while eating). Drug use usually leads to ischemia or prevent migraine attacks, and improve sleep inside.
The application can diarrhoeal drug phenomenon, insomnia, euphoria and other side effects. In rare cases, there is a special side effect - inflammatory fibrosis in different bodies. Recommended designate product is not too long, with interruptions (3 to 4 weeks).
