SODIUM SALITSILAT (Natrii salicylas).

     Sodium salt of ortho-oksibenzoynoy acid.

     Synonyms : Natrium salicylicum, Enterosal, Enterosalyl, Glutosalyl, Nadisal, Saliglutin, Salicine, Salitin, Sodium salicylate and others.

     The white crystalline powder or small flakes odourless, sladkovato- salty taste. Very easily soluble in water (1:1), is soluble in alcohol (1:6). Solutions (p 6 H, 7-0, 0) + 100 sterilized with C for 30 min.

     Has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect.
