NEFOPAM (Nefopam).
3,4,5,6 Tetragidro-5- methyl-phenyl-1, H-2, 5-benzoksazotsin.
Synonym : Oksadol, Oxadol.
Blood means the central action.
Applied pain syndrome with varying intensity (after injuries in aftercare period, with generalized muscle trembling), and sedation.
In moderate pain on the inside designate 0,03-0,06 g (30-60 mg) three times a day (up to 0.27 g / day).
In intense pain impose intramuscularly or intravenously to 0.02 g (20 mg) 3-4 times a day (up to 0.12 g / day) for sedation intramuscularly in the same dose of 15-20 min before surgery.
Possible side effects : nausea, drowsiness or insomnia, increased anxiety, palpitation, sweating, ambiguous view.
The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy and epilepsy.
Avoid products with the appointment of diseases, with high-convulsant preparedness, as well as drivers of vehicles and persons, which requires more attention.
Method of production : tablets of 0.03 g (30 mg) (N 20); 2% injection of 1 mg ml (N 5).
