     Well absorbed in the digestive tract, bioavailability of about 90%, S-max 4 h, T? - 25-45 h; biotransformation are in the liver, kidneys predominantly displayed.

     Applied in the treatment of HIV-1 infection.

     Assign the interior of 0.2 g / day for 2 weeks, then at the same dose every 12 h.

     Possible side effects : skin rashes, hepatitis, diarrhoeal phenomenon rabdomioliz, drowsiness, mialgiya, granulotsitopeniya.

     Contraindications : breast-feeding.

     Method of issuance : pills to 0.2 g (N 10, 60, 100), 1% suspension for receiving inside of bottles of 240 ml.
