OKSIMETAZOLIN (Oxymetazoline).

     3-[(4,5-Digidro-1 H imidazol-2- mud) methyl] -6 - (1,1-dimetiletil) -2,4 - dimetilfenola hydrochloride.

     Synonyms : Alka- Seltzer Plus nasal spray, Afrin, Bartel Drugs anti spray, Vick Sayneks, 4-Way, Lekonil, Nazivin, Nazol, Okukliya, Tabsin KNLD spray against fever, Fazin, Ferveks spray of fever, Afrin, plus Alka-Seltzer nasal spray, spray decongestant drugs Bartell, Fazin, Fervex nasal spray, Lekonyl, Nasivin, Nazol, 4-Way, Wick Sinex.

     Ex Adrenostimulyator long periods.

     Applied in acute and allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal, evstahiite, hay fever, allergies and non konyuktivitah.

     Assign 2-3 inhalation route (children under 12 years of age-1 inhalation), 2 times a day, or 1-2 drops 0.05% solution of adults, children under 1 year, 0.01% solution, from 1 to 6 years - 0 , 025% solution 2-3 times a day.

     In konyunktivalny bag adults and children over 6 years of fluid 1-2 drops 3-4 times daily.

     The drug used for a period of not more than three days.

     Possible side effects : dry and burning in the bed, stir, insomnia, tachycardia, increased blood pressure, nausea.

     The drug is not suitable for arterial hypertension, atherosclerosis expressed, adults, diabetes, Ray, pregnancy, breast-feeding.

     Method of issuance : 0.05% intranasal spray in vials of 5, 20 and 30 ml and flakonah- inhalers to 10 ml; 0.01% solution in flakonah- looks to 5 ml, 0.025% and 0.05% for 10 ml; 0.025% solution (eye drops) in vials (with dosage) for 10 ml.
