PINAVERIYA BROMID (Penaverium bromide).

     4-[(2-Brom-4, 5-acid) ethyl] -4-[2-[2 - (6,6-dimetilbitsiklo [3,1,1] gent-2- mud) etoksi] ethyl] morfoliniya bromide .

     Synonyms : Ditsetel, Litsetil, Dicetel.

     Has miotropnymi holinoblokiruyuschimi and m-inflammatory properties.

     When ingestion poorly absorbed (quarternary compounds), with max of 1 hour; Biotransformation exposed in the liver, appears mostly in faeces and urine in part.

     Applied with psoriasis gallbladder, irritation syndrome ablation, in preparation for the X-ray study digestive tract.

     Assign inside, while food and squeezed water (not rassasyvaya not liquid), 0.05 grams of 3-4 times a day.

     Can lead to the phenomenon of neuralgia.

     The drug is contraindicated in atony intestine and bowel, ulcerative colitis, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
