Piritramid (piritamidum)
PIRITRAMID (Piritamidum). 1-(3-Tsiano-3, 3-difenilpropil) - [1, 4-bipiperidin] -4 - karboksamid.
Synonyms: Dipidolor, Piridolan, Piritramid, Pyrium.
Quick strong analgetik drugs.
Apply with the pain of different origins, especially in surgical operations and the postoperative period.
Apply Piritramide intramuscularly at a dose of 15 mg (0.75 mL of 2% solution). If necessary, re-enter (after 2 to 3 hours) at a reduced dose.
Separate data on the use of the drug in combination with other neyrotropnymi means, tranquilizers, diprazinom (pipolfenom) and others to <<balanced analgezii>> (ataralgezii), including the pain of childbirth.
Possible side effects and complications in applying piritramida: nausea, vomiting, respiratory depression.
Contraindications are the same as in the application of other drugs analgetikov: overall strong depletion, lack of respiratory center, elderly age.
Form release: in 2 ml ampoule containing 15 mg drug in the package of five vials.
Storage: A. Otpuskaetsya list with the same restrictions as morphine.
