PILORID (Pylorid).

     Synonym : Ranitidina bismuth citrate, Ranitidine bismuth citrate.

      Integrated connections and ranitidine bismuth citrate.

      Has antisekretornoe, binder (tsitoprotektornoe) and antibacterial (against Helicobacter pylori) effect.

      Applied with stomach ulcers and duodenal ulcers, chronic active gastroduodenite and with Helicobacter pylori (in combination with klaritromitsinom or amoxicillin).

     Assign the interior of 0.4 g 2 times a day for 4-8 weeks; In conjunction with the above antibiotics for 1-2 weeks, then monotherapies for 2-4 weeks. For maintenance treatment does not apply.

     Possible side effects : tremor, dizziness, sleep disturbance, depression, hallucinations, zagrudinnye pain, neuralgia, arthralgia, mialgiya, anaemia, leykotsitopeniya, agranulotsitoz and others.

     The drug is not suitable for kidney failure, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
