RITONAVIR (Ritonavir).
Tiazolilmetil 5-[(? , S )-?-[( 1S, 3S) -1 - oksi-3- [(2S) -2-[3-[(2-izopropil-4- tiazolil) methyl] -3 - metilureido] -3 - metilbutilamido] -4 - fenilbutil] fenetil] karbamat.
Synonym : Norvir, Norvir.
Applied in the treatment of HIV infection.
Assign inside 0,3-0,6 g for adults, children under 0,25-0,4 g / m 2 per day.
Possible side effects : diarrhoeal phenomenon, sleeping, fatigue, disruption of the liver, hemorrhagic, increased cholesterol, triglycerides and uric acid in the blood.
Contraindicated in severe liver failure, pp.
Method of issuance : capsules to 0.1 g (N. 84); 8% solution for the reception inside the bottles in 90 and 240 ml.
