Ropivakain (ropivacaine)
ROPIVAKAIN (Ropivacaine).
(S) N (2,6 - Dimetilfenil) -1-Pr piperidinkarboksamid.
Synonym : Naropin, Naropin.
Applied with epidural anesthesia (including deliveries section postoperative pain), as well as for irrigated and conductive anesthesia.
0.2% solution using edema pain : enter at the lumbar level epiduralno struyno 10-20 ml (0,02-0,04 g once (analgesia develops in 10-15 minutes and lasts? -1? h) and, if necessary again (at intervals of not less than 30 minutes) or 10-15 ml infuzionno in aftercare at speeds between 6-14 mg per hour; for irrigated and conductive anesthesia impose 1-100 ml (g) (0,002-0,02 analgesia develops after 1-5 minutes and lasts 2-6 h).
0.75% solution used : operations Caesarean section-enter 15-20 ml; for epidural anesthesia for thoracic and lumbar level of 5-15 and 15-25 ml (effect develops through 10-20 minutes and lasts for 3-5 hrs ); for irrigated and conductive anesthesia, 1-30, Jr. (1-15 minutes and 2-6 hours, respectively); for large nerve plexus blockade 10-40 ml.
Possible side effects : fluctuations in blood pressure and heart rhythm, neuropathy, the effects on the spinal cord, nausea, vomiting, fever, delay urination, allergic reactions, etc.
The drug is contraindicated in the age of 12.
Product : 0.2%; 0.75% and 1% solutions in bottles of 10 and 20 ml and 0.2% in sterile bags for the 100 and 200 ml.
