SAKVINAVIR (Saquinavir).

     (S) N [(? )-?-[( 1R S) -2-[(3S, 4? S, 8? S) -3 - (tert Butilkarbamoil) octahydro-2 (1 H) - izohinolil] -1 - oksietil] yl] -2 - hinaldamidosuktsiamida monometansulfonat.

     Synonyms : Inviraza, Fortovaza, Invirase, Fortovase.

     Applied with HIV infection in combination with AZT or zaltsitabinom and intolerances reverse transcriptase inhibitors.

     Assign inside (during or within two hours after eating) of 0.6 g every 8 hours

     Possible side effects : diarrhoeal phenomenon, disruption of the liver, pancreatitis, stone, peripheral neuropathy, parestezii, convulsions, pain in muscles and joints, skin allergic reactions.

     Contraindicated in severe liver failure, breastfeeding, under the age of 13 years.

     Product : capsules to 0.2 g (N. 180, 270).
