     Synonym : Koaksil, Coaxil.

     Tricyclic antidepressant with timoanalepticheskoe and anxiolytic effects.

     In the operation differs from the other tricyclic antidepressants-increasing neyronalny taking serotonin.

     Quickly and completely absorbed, T1 / 2 2,5-3,5-h; Biotransformation are in the liver, kidneys displayed mainly in the form of metabolite.

     Applied to the depressed state of various etiology : eat and reactive nature, anxiety-depressive states (including somatic diseases), and opioid addiction syndrome.

     Assign the interior (of food) to 0.0125 g (12.5 mg) three times a day (persons over 70 years of age and with kidney failure, two times a day).

     Usually drug well tolerated. There neuralgia, dry mouth, dizziness, headache, sleep disorders, the rate of reaction, fainting, fatigue, nightmares, tremor, measuring, muscle pain, etc.

     The drug is not appointed with MAO inhibitors in pregnancy, children under the age of 15 years.

     At the reception, the drug should not engage in activities requiring attention and rapid physical and mental reactions.
