     3-Karbamoil-4- deatsetil-3- de vinkaleykoblastin (metiksikarbonil).

     Synonym : Eldezin, Eldesine.

     Semisynthetic derivative vinblastina.

     When applied to vincristine resistant limfoblastnom acute leukemia in children; Blastnyh crises mieloidnogo chronic leukemia, melanoma, lymphoma (except Hodgkin's disease), head and neck tumors, melanoma; Cancer 1 week; Sometimes drip 3 mg / m 2 per day for 48 h or 1.5 mg / m 2 / day for 5 days. After three introductions make a break for 2-3 weeks.

     Possible side effects : anorexia, diarrhoeal phenomenon intestinal occlusion, damage to the nervous system, Alopecia, granulotsitopeniya, thrombocytopenia, bronchospasm, mialgii, increased body temperature, skin deterioration, flebity.

     Contraindications : neutropenia, thrombocytopenia expressed bacterial infections, pregnancy, breast-feeding.

     Product : dried powder for injection solutions in vials of 0,001 and 0,005 g (1 and 5 mg) together with the solvent.
